The Texas Rangers recalled first baseman Chris Davis from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday following the RedHawks’ elimination from the Pacific Coast League playoffs. Davis opened the season as a starter for the Rangers, but he struggled at the plate and was demoted on April 23.
